By signing up in our system, you pay in advance for batches of appointments (minimum 10) for an on-site free estimate/inspection. There is no sign-up or setup fee or monthly retainer or long term contract, and you are not responsible for any ad spend. It is your responsibility to contact the client at their stated day/time preference; if you don't have the basic systems in place to contact the appointment leads that we send you, then we cannot work together. As our "partner", we expect you to provide flawless customer service to our client appointments we provide you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to do this, so we can find other local contractors to work with. 

You only pay for those appointments that show up to your sales meeting, where you provide an estimate/inspection. We follow up with the client to confirm if they attended the appointment. 

All confirmed appointments sold are non-refundable unless the contact information is incorrect. If the contact information is incorrect, then please let us know, and we will review it and provide a refund if valid, or add that as a credit to your balance. Buyers who open disputes with PayPal before first disputing the lead with us will instantly be removed from our system. All disputes must be made within 48 hours of the lead being purchased otherwise you waive your right to dispute the lead. 

Each confirmed booked appointment will cost you between $100-$350. Appointments for estimates are purchased in advance in batches (minimum of 10+). By signing up for our services, you agree to keep your account funded to continue automatically receiving confirmed appointments. You pre-pay for booked appointment leads at regular intervals by purchasing "credits", based on how many appointments you desire to receive. 

After being a regular client for a time to a point where good history and mutual trust is established, you as the lead buyer will also have the option of paying us a percentage of the revenue of each closed transaction, unless agreed otherwise. We will in this case confirm with the client whether a transaction was closed and what the total invoice value is, and you are expected to send us our commission payment without fail or delay, or be held liable for additional monetary damages and removal from our system.
